What time will you be there Saturday? I can't find a second vehicle to come hang out in the comp course while we're practicing. I'd cover your entrance to the park even if you just want to hang out and mess around on the comp course.

I'm probably looking at getting to Rausch around 3pm or so on Saturday

Change of plans I'll be at the PA jeep show in the morning, and head up to Rausch Creek by 3pm or so, stay for the night and wheel on Sunday.

If either of you are up there give me a shout or just track us down. We will be in the black tube chassis on the comp course probably won't be running the body panels. gearheadette are you familiar with Rausch? Give me a call earlier in the day if you're interested in meeting up. 410-459-4288

Yep, that was Pearson(breakinsh!t) setting up the courses before I got there. I didn't get to the park till about 4:30 or so?

All I can say is hopefully we got all the bugs out for WEROCK. Saturday evening I shattered a 35 spline D70 shaft in the first 5 minutes I was there. We tore down the rear end, got the busted pieces out and replaced the shaft. Then decided to drink beer and chill out and save it for Sunday morning. First thing Sunday morning we discovered the tcase adapter bolts had loosened up(we even used red loctite :bang head on wall: ) Unfortunatly with the design of the adapter we had to drop the tcase all the way out of the rig to tighten the bolts up(and re locktite of course). So by 11AM we had dropped the tcase, and reassembled everything.

We really are getting good at tearing this thing down and I can tell you every wrench/tool required for any job.

So we finally got around to some practicing Sunday afternoon and we ran 3 courses in both directions. Everything went really well, the buggy was climbing awesome, and I only crashed once:thumbsup:

Sorry to be off topic, but i went to the Jeep show in York, it has really spaked my interest in building something other than a SAS Tundra.

Did you take you buggy up there?

Was the member “Grateful Red” in that booth? I walked up to check it out. I should have introduced myself. Was a great show:)

Yea, I was there until about 3pm on Saturday. Like Rippy said I had it parked at Appalachian Offroads booth.

I don't know if you caught the Rausch Creek Rock Crawl Demo but I was out there putting on a show

I saw you putting on a show. Good work, that was pretty entertaining for such a small course.

Your buggy kicks ass.

All credit goes to Mike Bosley at Appalachian Offroad, he did an awesome job designing the chassis and suspension.

Nope, I was there helping him fix it up in the lot though. Thanks to RC for having their little garage/shop with a vice so we could beat that t-bar anchor back into shape.

We got up there around noon and stayed until 3 or so, My wife and new born baby boy came up with me. He started getting hungry, so needless to say that was our day. I’m trying to expose him to as much off roading as I can:). I was watching to coarse when that black 4 door jeep (stock) kept getting beached on the dirt hills lol.
