Is the land owner interested in opening it to the public?

probably not yet. working out a LLC just for that reason. Could definately be something very very cool.

he also has 44 acres he is considering putting a short course track on right off of the same exit and said if we did the work we could set up whoops to test and tune along the one property boundry that runs for about a half mile.

he's a wheeler so he is all about it. if we go about this the right way it will be around for a very long time.

If you would be interested in operating a 90 acre competition venue, limited trailriding and recreational use of the comp course, motorcross park, and manage the rental of garage space so people can store/wrench/wheel there junk in one place let me know, I have an investor with land and lots of money just looking for the right person to run it. This is in a heavily populated area, actually very close to you even!
