We just need a link or redirect of some sort so that people can find the forums. They'll never find it without that.

also, the previous address was www.marylandcreepers.com/MCForums/ whereas the new address is www.marylandcreepers.com/mcforums/ (notice the lowercase, as the server is case-sensitive). You will want to update any links/bookmarks.

Haha. I had the same problem with mdcreepers... wtf. A couple of months ago I signed up for a 1 month trial of websense so that I would have access to submit websites for category changes. The sales lady called me twice a day for weeks but I refused to answer and then they shut off my account.

I wasn't getting a 100% total block. With Mdcreepers.com, I would either have unrestricted access, intermitten access that would get resolved by refreshing or going back and trying again, or get completely blocked, with no pattern or rhyme or reason.

Also, is there a backdoor URL for the site?

For example, I own www.mikeharan.net, however, I can also access the site by going to http://cronustrd.powweb.com as an alternate URL. I've found that helps in dealing with filters.

There will soon be multiple domains pointing to the site, the two that currently are as well as marylandcreepers.org and potentially a couple more. and yes I do have other URL's to get to all the hosted sites for that reason.

I bought marylandcreepers.net just in case there was an issue with .com when this all went down. Just let me know where you want it pointed or if you want to move it to you registar.

Jeremy I would say talk to Alan. They are moving the domains all to a single point of registration that all of the BOD will have access to so that a single person doesn't hold the destiny of the domain.

wow I am so glad this place is back up and running I was VERY VERY suprised when i went to log on one day and it was gone, along with the 20 or so posts I had of parts for sale and etc.... been a member for quite a few years and was sad to see it go...happy again though
