View Full Version : side mirrors
Who is using what for door-less side mirrors?
I used these and I just happen to have a few sets available for sale, so I would recommend that you use these:

:)
I kinda like those. How much are you asking? I've got to buy a separate mirror, correct?

I picked up a $10 Harley Davidson mirror at the motorcycle shop. They bolt right down through the door hinge ....and it was shiny.

I have one of these I bought forever ago, it has lasted 10 or 11 years.

I like the Harley mirror idea.

I use some of the CJ style mirrors. Got them from 4WDHardware for around $35.
Used to have Harley mirrors, but had to give them up when I got soft doors. Couldn't see out of them very well at all, but it was cool to have something small enough that they fit in the console when I wasn't using them.

I use the mirror movers on my YJ but the right side mirror is all but usable.
Trying to see if I can get someone to fab up some extenders that I saw someone else had on their YJ a few years ago.

I have those on my Jeep, I'm not a big fan. My dad wanted something different.
Frank: I just ran up to the Harley dealership and checked out their mirror selection. How long is the mounting stud on yours? The ones they had looked about 3/4" too short.

The one I had was almost too long. Wonder if they changed them or there is a different style.

I've got the Olympics, vibrate enough to make them all but unusable at highway speed, but they keep ya legal...
