After a bunch of ridiculous BS and some wonderful new laws that impede you from hiring your own appraiser or even F**king talking to them over the phone to finding out why they didn't give me the appraisal until 4 days after I was to settle on my house, Ryan got me done!

This man went out of his way to sit on hold on the phone for hours on several occasions to get this thing done! He even went above an beyond his duty to help me as much as he could.
