05 Dodge Ram hvac blower

Brother in law came by today with an issue with his ram. Its the upper ducts arent pushing much air. I can hear the motor change speeds and it gets cold just it is pushing much air out of the ducts. On a older vehicle I could pull the vent cable but this thing is all electronically controlled. Any ideas?

Blend door might be stuck or a linkage broke at the tiny blend door motors.

I'll second that, I have an '06 and this was a big problem on those years, in fact there may be a tech service bulletin out on the blend door stuff, it was happening so often.

in my research I didnt find any TSM for the 05s though, just an expensive repair

My 98 ram is doing the same thing, haven't gotten much response on it on the cummins forum, they said something about the actuators under the dash.
