MD Inspection Question

I was wondering how a badly pitted windshield would do in a MD inspection.
It really does not look bad unless your a driving into the sun and then its equal to a very dirty windshield. I want this to be right so I need to know if the state will fail the jeep during the inspection and what the law says about it.

Is it actually cracked or damaged like that in some way? Basically all we looked for when doing inspections were chips or cracks in the windshield that could spread and become a hazard.

get it inspected, If it fails then replace it and usually the shop will just reinspect that part *being the windshield it takes only seconds*.
