Shop/Garage Space To Rent?

A buddy and I are looking for some space where we can store/work on our projects. We both live in Damascus so a place within 30 minutes or so would be ideal. Somewhere around Germantown, Gaithersburg, Mt Airy, etc.

Does anybody have a spot available or could at least suggest a good place to look? I tried craigslist but didn't have much luck.

I just heard of a spot in Bonnsboro that is very close and has 44 acres to it also. I forget how many square foot it is but its huge, they used to run a large antique store outta it. The owner is a wheeler and owns a dshaft store in Hagerstown and has a lot of land a bunch of us wheel on. If I remember right its vacant right now and he's only looking for 1000 a month.
