The guy that was going to go as my co-pilot/hauler for the Line Mountain ride next weekend (6/12) bailed.
I'm looking for at least a tow back, and preferably up there (I could drive it up but would rather not have to count on it being streetable afterwards) if by chance anybody is planing to go. I can offer gas and/or a co-pilot seat if you'd like that. Looks like several of us will be up there.

Even if it can't make it all the way back "home" and has to just go to some intermediary place until I can fetch it, i could work with that.

LMK if anybody is available.

Anyone who has a 1/2 ton truck and is free this weekend would be crazy not to take Dave up on his offer! Racing on someone else's dime is a BLAST and something you can't normally do without spending some serious $$.

Hmmm how far of a drive is it?

I just checked this earlier this morning.....

1 hour 15 minutes north of Harrisburg...

Harrisburg is a little over an 1 hour north of Baltimore.

I'd let you use my open car trailer JT.

Hm, coming to join us John?

Best I remember you have a nice truck and a trailer that my 4Runner already knows....

this one is too short notice but I might be down for the next one, would i need anything besides a helmet?

Probably plenty of ibuprofen, given the lack of travel/ absorbance in my suspension.

I cant make this one, but if you want the trailer it is here for you...

Just come and get it....

Even if I drove, I would not be able to co-pilot.. My health makes that a little difficult right now.....

The one I ran when the zook had 1.5" of uptravel was rough on me. At the first pitstop I aired my tires down as low as I was comfortable running them.

'Preciate all the offers guys.

Unfortunately it looks like I'm not racing this round anyway... aside from the trialer issue still be unresolved (did have something honed in though), I ended up spending the weekend battling very stuck counter-sunk flush-mount Allen head bolts on the Budbuilt crossmember, which was bent enough to be caausing my output shaft bolts to rub on the tranny shifter linkage.
That set me back enough that there's just not time to finish prep for this race in the 3 remaining days..
Will def be doing the Coal Bucket though.
