The Maryland Creepers' Forum Policies and Standards announcement could use some better formatting. Its painful to read. So much so that I didnt. :D

Same with the sticky in For Sale. Maybe put the stuff Chief had originally wrote in quotes or something to break it up.

Moderation:
(1) We reserve the right to remove any topics or posts moderators deem a violation of MDCreepers.com's Standards.
(2) We reserve the right to remove any user who violates MDCreepers.com's Standards.
(3) Users may not argue a moderator's decision publicly. Any and all complaints directed at a moderator must first address the moderator in question via private message. If the problem can not be resolved users may appeal to the Maryland Creepers' Board of Directors as a group. If a post is deleted or modified, a note will be made as to the Moderator who did it so the complaint (if any) can be routed to the proper person and not an entire group.

No problem, it was just something I noticed.

That for sale is hideous no matter how you foramt it. I condensed it, as it was kind of repetetive (and it exceeded the 10000 character limit after reformatting).
