One of the bolts on the manifold had the head broke off (apparently for some time) and its back on the firewall. I could just say ef-it and put the new one on
as the old one looks like it may have been broke from the factory and other folks have said ef-it when theirs need replacing.
I want to give it a shot in getting it out...so far I tried using a center punch and ez-out but can't get a bite. If you have something I could borrow pneumatic/electric It would be
greatly be appreciated...:)

This might be an option, they are handy to have around but might not be heavy duty enough for this application
Craftsman Drill90 (http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00926333000P?vName=Tools&cName=PowerToolAccessories&sName=Drill%20Sharpeners%20&%20Attachments&psid=FROOGLE01&sid=IDx20070921x00003a)

Thanks...I was trying to get by Home Depot to see what they have.
I was at Sears on Tue as I picked up 18in 1/2 extension and 15mm sock they have 30% off tools.
I will take a trip up to Westminster today and check on Sears.
That might just work I just need to drill about a 1/8th of a hole then I probably can get the ez-out to work.

When we had to drill the bolt out for XJAUGIE's motor mount, he ran over to Ben's and rented a right angle drill from them. IIRC, it was pretty cheap and it was a nice little drill.
Just another option for ya'.

I bought a cheap one from HF a few years back. It's corded and only has a 3/8" keyed chuck but for $20 or so it was worth it.

Jeremy if I can catch up to you Fri or Sat that would be perfect...I'm not far I live in Taylorsville.
Thanks Mike I will keep that in mind if I can't get with Jeremy.
I'm pretty sure this bolt head was broken during assembly process so I would like to get it while it's sitting their staring at me.
No sign of pressure point on that port that butts up to the engine and you can see build up of black carbon on that port.
Would like to hear it the way it should sound.
I bought the 11 bolts (they came with loc-tight ugh),picked up new manifold gasket (3 pieces of metal) and got the donut for the flange. $53 for all 3 things.
Just waiting for the Manifold to show up at the house.
The one time I needed a right angle drill I happened to be dating a dewalt rep chick, who just happened to have one on her truck. So I never got around to buying one

I have that same jigsaw in the last pic. It's got to be at least 30 years old. There's my opening line.

Gotta love the pics that make absolutely no sense, i.e. jigsaw in one hand, spray paint with a glove on in the other
But I guess the point isn't really the tools ;) :D

I was going to say that. It was $30.00 rental, worth every penny.
