Is there anyone out there that would do like 8 bends for me? I am rebuilding the trailer I bought from happick and I want to make new fenders for it. I dont want to spend a fortune so I am going to go with some SCH 40 pipe from home depot. Just dont have a bender.

I'll gladly pay for your service or buy beer whatever you want.

Same here...unless you want to buy the poop pipe die.

What size pipe are you using? I have to make new fenders for my happick-owned trailer as well. I sense a pattern....

What will all that sch40 cost?

How about this. You use jr channel and make a little pie shape cut then bend it and now you have drive over fenders. I called blvd sales, they only sell 20' lengths and cost about 180 from what I remember. Thats about what a new pair of fenders from tcs will cost.

That is basically what the trailer has now, and they are drive-over ready. Just paint it and get wheeling!

My project is in Middletown. I will have to do some pricing/thinking about what I want to do for fenders and let you know.

Nothing really. They were functional. Welds sucked though. I can tell you that they weigh a metric fawking ton. :dan1:

The one on the right side was barely holding on FYI. I cut one weld and almost took off a toe because I didnt expect it to fall off.

Isn't there non-functional stuff on your jeep you should be fixing instead?!

Grind, re-weld, paint! GO WHEELING!

I like your attempt at motivation. Really I do. I am just finally getting settled after getting back from AZ. I had to move, I got the Tundra sold, the F250 bought, trailer is nearly done now, the VW needs a couple things, as does the truck. Once all that shit is done I can put in a little time on the Jeep and get out on the trail this year. Hopefully

The YJ doesnt need much to just beat the piss out of it, but it does need a few things like seat and harness tabs that are keeping me from taking it out right now. Needs a stereo too

Overrated. I've not even turned mine on in the last two trips out. I guess I should to see if it still works.
