Just wanted to pass on some info I got from TreadWright (formerly Hi-Tech Retread).
Over the last year we have had many requests for "bigger sizes". Well we would like to officially announce that starting in August (projected) of this year we will be offering the 315/75R16, 315/70R17, and 37x12.50R16.5 in the Guard Dog tread design exclusively! Please continue to check up on our website, Facebook, or Twitter for news and updates.

Also, starting in April we now have available the 285/65R18 in the Guard Dog tread design! Our first 18" tire in a M/T tread!

The tires proved them self fantastically! I ran them at 16pounds and had no problems what so ever...I had a few compliments like "where did you get those A/T's I have never seen that tread style? :) Thanks TreadWright keep up the great quality product!

their M/T looks like the old MTR tread

clearly just a coincidence:thumbsup:

Last Sunday I was going up 2 steep hills that were full of slippery snot mud at BD's and shot up them like a rocket...the other stock Rubi and Wranglers had some issues getting up on their A/T's.

Did you get the MT or the AT? How are they on the road?

I need a set for my XJ and for $100 a piece they seem like the way to go.

I'm running 31/10.50R15 GUARD DOG M/T

I bought the guard dogs about 18 months ago they were called MTG and the were $65 back then...now they are on sale $89 a tire.

PS: they run fine on the road...little whine but that's just natural.

The Sentinal looks exactly like the original Bridgestone Dueler AT Revo's.

Hmmm, how about for a daily driver?

Hmmm, how about for a daily driver?

I have no issues as a DD...I run my XJ every day and get it up to 70mph and its fine. I have the MTR version it has some whine/humming but nothing I didn't expect when I got them.

Same amount as the original MTR's I would assume? I'm thinking they might be sexy on a WJ :)

they look to be the same amount of beef on them...been running them for over a year and still look good, I really can not complain 4 tires at $65(back then prices) a tire with $50 shipping to the house.

Think they would be fine on tow rig. Dodge needs some new shoes. The AT's look nice.
