i have been ready to go to 60's for a while... the last straw was finding the bad upper ball joint from the hydro hi steer for the 4th time in 2 years.

i am from a small town called chicora about an hour north of pgh

i am hoping to get out and try the rc rocks race series with it.... i was kickin around doing a buggy, but this thing is so dang close to buggied i just figured i'd quit screwing around and focus on one rig. i have the oddest feeling that the rock racing will be so addicting there wont be any turning back.

well, its been a short summer, but i finally got my junk together and back out. heres some pics and ill try to link to a half assed build thread. i am glad i did this, it rocks out!

i picked up a set of 60s already geared to 5.13, got a couple used/NIB arb's off of pirate for damn near half price. put a psc full hydro kit on, 40" creepy comp stickies on rock a thon double beadlocks. did my own d300 flip, bilstein 7100 14" shocks.

did some more work this winter. cv front shaft, total rewire, new internals for the tranny and deep pan, another version of home made dana 300 flip. heres a shot of the dash. i need to add about 9 ft of tube, a lil paint and get my trans plumbed up and it should be wheelable again!
