Trailer Title (again)

So the trailer I bought from happick. No title, never had one. The guy who owned it before him was supposed to get a duplicate made. Never did.

My sister, trying to help me out, requested info on the trailer from PA. So now I have a copy of the certificate of origin, and slightly edited version of the title, as well as the guys name and address.

Does anyone know if this is enough to go to the DMV with? I really just need a title as I want to tag it in Arizona because I can get a LIFETIME tag for $125

I am doing a bunch of work to it, and making a few subtle modifications and I am considering going the homebuilt route if all else fails. But I would like to try to get a legit title from the VIN that is stamped on there already.

I'll see if I can get Chester the molesters phone # this weekend to see if he will at least man up to sign off on the sale of it if that will help in any way? Is there anything else you could get from him to help out(besides the title!)

i just wrote them a letter stating i have a homebuild trailer gave them the weights. my Phone number for the vin and a check for 90 bucks. Had tags and reg in a couple weeks.
you get 5 year tags for 90 bucks

you can do a maine title and tag. as long as you tell them that the trailer is more than 15 years old, i think its 15, they do not require a title to be provided.
