Marylandcreepers.com Use Policy: Users are invited to use Marylandcreepers.com do discuss the club, 4x4 off road activities, or any other topic that does not violate the standards below. The goal is to create a safe, fun environment for all interested parties. Please keep it positive and polite. We do not censor opinions or ideas but we do take action against posts and/or topics that go beyond civil and polite discourse or have the potential to cause unrest in the community.
Marylandcreepers.com Standards: Users may not take action that
(1) violates or infringes the rights of others including, without limitation, patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, publicity or other proprietary rights.
(2) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, or contains explicit or graphic descriptions, or accounts of, sexual acts.
(3) victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability.
(4) impersonates any person, business or entity.
(5) encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, or that gives rise to civil liability.
(6) violates guidelines or any policy posted on Marylandcreepers.com.
(7) interferes with the use of Marylandcreepers.com by others.
(8) advertises a business or their goods without permission from the Maryland Creepers' Board of Directors.
Users must:
(9) keep disagreements private, utilizing private messages to resolve disputes.
(10) post 20 productive posts to list items for sale in Maryland Creepers' For Sale forums.
Moderation:
(1) We reserve the right to remove any topics or posts moderators deem a violation of Marylandcreepers.com's Standards.
(2) We reserve the right to remove any user who violates Marylandcreepers.com's Standards.
(3) Users may not argue a moderator's decision publicly. Any and all complaints directed at a moderator must first address the moderator in question via private message. If the problem can not be resolved users may appeal to the Maryland Creepers' Board of Directors as a group. If a post is deleted or modified, a note will be made as to the Moderator who did it so the complaint (if any) can be routed to the proper person and not an entire group.
