A little over a year ago, Ryan secured for me a very good rate and then flawlessly facilitated the financing of our new home. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the level of expert service provided by him.

Over the course of the past six weeks, Ryan and his team of professionals expertly guided us thru the refinancing process and as promised, secured us an exceptional rate saving us a considerable amount of money. I agree 100%. We were also looking to refinance and told Ryan what we were looking for.

He found the rate we wanted, handled everything flawlessly to get it done, met us at the title company, made sure everything went perfectly.

In the end we dropped from a 30 yr fixed to a very hard to get 20 year fixed rate and dropped a full point.

We will save over $150k on our mortgage and cut 7 years off of it.

I can't say enough good things about what Ryan did for us also.

I don't have access to start a new post in this section, so I'll throw it up here and hope someone sees it.

I owe a big thanks to Ryan and all his people at Maryland Mutual.

Needed to refinance my house, and my situation was a PITA. I am gone for work all week, so I could only deal with paperwork on the weekends. My crazy job would not verify much of my employment, and I had not been working there too long. To top it off, the appraisal on my house came out with some terrible numbers. Only thing I had going for me was a good credit score.

Ryan dealt with all of this, much of it during Sunday football games, and got me my refinance. Saves me $200 a month.
