The first ECORS race of 2010 (technically 2nd of the season, they're including the Fal Brawl) is being held at the Devils Playground in Silver Valley, NC on March 20th.
Oriignally it was supposed to be at a new, never-used-for 4x4s place near Charlotte, but some things fell through and the Mud Devil's stepped up and volunteered their spot.
I know some of you have been there before, they have some nice, gnarly trails; they're setting up a wholel new set of trails just for this.
Format is like the FB, several laps of several miles each, currently no mention of the exact distance but the FB was ~25 mi total.
Broken into classes, staggered starts. This worked well last time.
Pre-running is limited to the day before.

I'm planning to go.
Unf I still don't have my own tow, so I'm looking for somebody that'd like to go/tow and/or co-dog if wanted. I'll cover say the first $200 in gas + included for whatever I do for food (typically go in w/ otehrs and cook big meals).
I'm SURE somewhere along the line that will include real NC barbecue :brow:
IMO the cool thing about this race is, it includes rigs ranging everything from nearly showroom stock to comp buggies, a really diverse crowd.
