Too late, moved to MD back in June of last year and bought a house here in February.

Maybe I can register it at the family cabin in WV.

Anyone know anything about engine swap rules in WV?

I dunno what the actual rules are in WV, but from the shit I've seen being driven around, they aren't enforced if there actually are rules lol
