Members will have either a "member" tag or an earned subnick where your "..." is.

You guys ought to link a paypal address for prospective members to pay dues/donate. Maybe even incorporate it into the CPanel for the individual users so they can pay/donate to the site. On EF its listed under Miscellaneous tab.
