The blower motor only works on high. I know on some old trucks there were 3 resistors that looked like springs of different thickness that the current flowed through to change the speeds of the fan. On these newer jeeps is it that way or is everything controlled inside the blower motor? I haven't torn into this yet but if its all controlled by the motor I want to have a new one here for replacement.
Thanks
Tom

I'd put money on the switch, not the blower motor.

X2 .
usually if they only work on high, its the resistor. On high it bypasses the resistor, hence why it works

Thats what I was thinking but is the resistor one unit with the motor or a seperate piece.

The resistor is separate. See if this helps:

Thanks I will try that later this week. I went right through inspection no problems.
