Looks good. What's in the bed where the backseat would go? Cargo box?

Those wheels gotta go ...and the rest of the chrome. :)

I dig the kid killer cage....and I agree with Cerebus on the de-chroming.

And you're going to need some mirrors for MD inspection.....

i know, mirrors are on their way from ebay... and i'm not a fan of chrome either, but i'll just have to deal with it until i build my funds back up. and yes, it's a locking cargo box in the back, the guy who owned it before me had a few things stolen, so he built the box so that even if the top is off, you can lock important things away.

Not many folks consider forearm* length shackles to be an actual lift. Loose the carpet when you get rid of the chrome.

*Unless it's Jack's t-rex lenth forearms, combined with actual lift springs.:D

Looks good. I would just get a case of Dupli Color truck bed coating and paint all the chrome black.

That's a good start to a great Jeep- a fuel injected 4.0 and a clean body. I've got a nice backseat and beefy cage with 3 point rear seatbelts in the "for sale" section of this site that will bolt right into your YJ and allow your whole family to go for safe Jeep rides (sorry for the shameless plug :o). Seriously, a better roll bar set-up is a must on the older YJ/CJs for family use.

I love the upgraded gauges. Enjoy the heck out of it!
