Much like Ryan Lowry, Doug Bigelow with his previous employer played an integral part in the purchase of our new home last year. So it should come as no surprise anyone when we used Doug’s new company for the settlement of our refi. Doug’s personal attention to our paperwork and checking up on Wells Fargo’s mistakes made this complicated process seem simple as can be. Doug came to our home Monday evening with all the necessary paperwork requiring our signature and thirty minutes later, it was a done deal!
